New Clients                        We are accepting new clients for the upcoming tax season. If you are reading this you probably were referred by one of our existing clients. We seek long-term relationships. We stand behind our work and offer year-round service. Often we help clients respond to IRS letters without charge. Our minimum fee for return preparation and year around support is $200. Timewise, we bill out at $100 an hour. We're different from most CPA firms: we meet with our clients face-to-face. This allows us to 1) discuss your specific circumstances, 2) offer tax advice and 3) speed-up completion of the return. We almost always charge less than CPAs, thanks to our lower overhead. We're also different from the national tax chains. We have years of financial and tax experience, and often even charge less than them. Plus, we are only a phone call away year-round. It's fine with us if you mail us your paperwork and not meet face-to-face. Our turn around time is longer, but it saves you the trip to our office.
